Forest Found Woodworks exists to physically represent the values of grit and style by crafting items you will use everyday.
Ditch the tacky cloth and the scratched up leather.
We always use hardwoods and a durable finish so your wallet can handle every day use. Over time the wood just becomes more stunning. Catch eyes and start conversations with a gritty and stylish minimalist wallet.
Each wallet is handmade of available lumber and therefore will differ slightly from pictures shown in grain pattern or color.
Forest Found Woodworks products are handmade in the Black Hills of South Dakota by local lumber when possible. No two pieces are exactly alike, which means each item you purchase is one of a kind; just like you! Free shipping to the lower 48 in the U.S. 10% of profits go towards supporting Campus Ventures, a Rapid City ministry focused on mentoring college students and empowering them to become mentors in their local communities.
Justin & Sarah Gwinn
Justin Gwinn is the woodworker behind Forest Found Woodworks. When shopping for a new wallet, he had the crazy idea of trying to make one using wood instead. Thus, Forest Found Woodworks was born. He also enjoys playing cribbage and making cribbage boards.
Sarah Gwinn sews the stretchy stuff that changes two pieces of beautiful wood into a stylish and gritty minimalist wallet.
